Use disposable mouthwash and a different toothbrush. Now, you need to go back to the previous routine. The next thing is that it should not go too far into the gum area and leave any bit of residue in it. Keep it as small as possible. You can also do more than one visit for getting better results.

When we talk about proper oral hygiene and getting rid of the plaque in the teeth, we should say that we should brush our teeth at least once a day. That’s it. Twice a week will give us better results. During the next 7 days, only wash the toothbrush and mouthwash with fresh water. Do not add any sugar and mint to it; it will not be good for the teeth and your gums. Make sure that you are not using any nicotine-based mouthwash, otherwise, it won’t work well for you.

If you want the best results, take the following amount of mouthwash: 1 teaspoon 3 times a day and then 2 teaspoons 4 times daily for 5 to 6 months. Then, try another form of mouthwash that will contain fewer ingredients. There are various kinds of mouthwash that you can mix, like peppermint, lemon pepper, etc.

Bad breath is usually caused by tobacco smoking; it can also happen due to alcohol intake or poor dental maintenance. So you need to keep away from anything related to bad oral hygiene.
